She's the only other person I've met who's like J. And by that I mean she used to be a player in the game. Apparently J used to be one too, but he used his wish on something other than going home. I'm not sure what that might have been, but Jin Mingming said the same thing. She said she "won" her game and used her wish to save her daughter's life.
I'm not sure how they proved that they'd granted her wish. She seems like a smart woman, so I want to think she wouldn't have accepted something flimsy. She and J both claim the wishes *do* work.
Even if that's true, though, it sounds like you only get one. And if you use your one wish to help someone else, you can't use it on yourself. If I completed my game board and made a wish to revive Rinne-senpai, I'd be stuck here forever. So it's either I leave him behind, or I rot in this place.
